Is my data hosted in France?

Yes. All your data is hosted on servers located in France (OVHcloud, EU-WEST region). No transfer outside the EU.

Can I import my existing Excel files?

Absolutely. Penco lets you import .xlsx and .csv files in one click. Your columns are automatically detected and you can map them to your Penco fields.

How long does it take to get started?

Most teams launch their first workspace in under two weeks. Our team supports you through an onboarding workshop to configure databases tailored to your processes.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, you can start with a free workspace, no credit card required. The free plan covers up to 3 users and 1,000 records. Upgrade when you're ready.

Does Penco work offline?

Penco is a web application, an internet connection is required. A mobile version with partial offline mode is planned for 2026.
